I suggest a tabletop vape for home use (I only medicate at home). Pen vapes are way too harsh for me too. I have an Arizer Extreme Q, new one is about $160 but I'm sure you can find something that does the same thing and is less expensive, or look on eBay for second hand. Very smooth.

All of the pen vapes I've tried were crazy harsh. Air vape is the way to go.
