Here are the pages for the parties presidential primaries in 1912. You can click to go to the next election all the way up to the present day. But you can't go back any further than 1912.

Can you show that there were primaries in 1908 or 1904 or 1900? And did all the nominees in those years choose primary rivals at their VPs?
