Since its function is not elect but to nominate, and the nomination was determined in record time -- three weeks, continuing in the face of the public health challenge is in my view not necessary. Democracy needs elections, and elections need candidates, and we have one. Sanders voters weren't turning out to vote anyway and there's no reason to require partisans to schlep to polling places to make unneeded votes.

That's my $.02 anyway!

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
