She isn’t just remaining silent (required by most NDAs) she’s publicly saying (and to the FBI) that it didn’t happen. The ex wife of the brother of the alleged abuser who lived in another state a decade ago doesn’t trump that by making the hearsay in an affidavit.

There could easily be a couple republican senators who would change their vites if the victim came forward… but they aren’t going to move when someone else claims the victim is lying.
