I’ve found that the color green can perk me up, or help me focus on healing. I keep an inexpensive green scarf tied to my purse strap. If you’ve got a scarf or shirt or wristband or some such item, it can remind you about this every time you look at it.

Minimum set-up. It wasn't any kind of luxury ride.
