Biden: I wonder whether Trump has any notion of what a hard days work is. All he did was lose his father's money.
And then get in trouble and have to owe a lot of other people money. And then borrow a lot of money and give tax cuts to the super wealthy

The public will see potentially incriminating evidence about the GOP candidate for President shortly before the election
What a Difference a Judge MakesJack Smith has a good day in DC Federal Court
In a Joint Status Report in the DC election interference case, Special Counsel Jack Smith told Judge Tanya Chutkan that his opening brief would mention secret grand jury evidence that was not disclosed in the latest indictment of former President Trump. Thats an important development, as this means that the public will see potentially incriminating evidence about the GOP candidate for President shortly before the election.
In addition, Judge Chutkan ruled that the issue of Presidential immunity will be fully briefed on Jack Smiths timetable which is before the election. And in three weeks, Smith is going to preview his case in his written pleadings, including the new evidence against Trump. Thats why yesterdays hearing before Judge Chutkan was a win for Jack Smith, which had to be a breath of fresh air considering the constant beating that he and his fellow prosecutors have taken in Judge Aileen Cannons courtroom who was considered pro-prosecution before the defendant was named Donald Trump.

New Evidence Coming of Trump's Crimes
Judge Tanya Chutkan has set a schedule in the federal election subversion case against former President Donald Trump that will allow prosecutors to release never-before-seen evidence, such as grand jury transcripts, ahead of the presidential election.
The deadline for the filing from prosecutors is September 26, according to the latest order from the judge, which largely sides with special counsel Jack Smiths proposed schedule discussed at Thursdays hearing. Trumps defense team had sought to delay the public release of evidence in the case until after the November election.
The evidence the prosecutors reveal in late September may not be immediately public, and Chutkan will be able to control its release. It is likely it would become available, though, with potentially some redactions.
