So I gave this a try.
About four pounds onions into crockpot sliced i then
added Olive oil not sure how much.
.25 stick butter.
Seasoned with salt and pepper.
This morning after cooking onions overnight maybe twelve hours.
I added some more salt and pepper beef broth two containers and I’m gonna keep on cooking it until maybe two.
Picked up baguette this morning at bakery plan is then melt cheese with soup in broiler with toasted bread to serve with college football.
Yes Skittles Dunc is complete opportunist. Yet he arrived as fast as he could this morning.
As I posted earlier he chose to sleep in king size bed with nanna as dad slept in spare twin bed. Here i always felt we were ride or die brothers we share the same D.N.A . in drool and fur.
I went to bakery scored coffee rolls and doughnuts and after putting them out i heard a thud and then a golden chonk bailing downstairs.
Father good morning do i smell coffee rolls I got here as fast as i could.
He is a golden opportunistic shit head and I love him.

I was reading guitar world October 2024 and link above is showing website of new manufacturer. I guess whoever owned the rights to schematics sold them off.
Now will i buy one no i have plenty gear and those amps are 50 watt plus. I’ll just keep using my i think $99 amp sim on laptop or low watt tube amps for the house between 1 and 5 watt.
Yet as I said before I never played through actual Dumble only a i think a 50 watt clone been along time and what this amp sim has to offer and vertex pedals 😁 is just fine for me in family room.
Yet this is kind of cool for those who may want one.

I should remember holidays are tough on Duncan’s with all the mooching and belly rubs between naps he’s probably exhausted.

Easy potato soup.
2 pound frozen diced potatoes diced or shredded
Diced onion celery
One stick butter
1 can Cream of chicken soup large this time i used cream mushroom
Clove garlic
2 containers chicken stock more if you like it loose as i do.
Cubed up ham as much or as little as you want
1- block cream cheese or sour cream.
1- pound Swiss cheese
1- ranch seasoning packet
I add butter celery onions garlic clove then potatoes sauté to your liking then basically just add everything else and let it simmer all day.
My wife would make hers with roux yet i watched video on this recipe I like it taste good.
Times i even top it with bacon crumbs.

A new squeak lamb toy here the old one is just now skin no stuffing or squeaker left yet his most prized possession and also chew bones.
This Amp sim technology today is amazing.
I’m lonely 20 left to get grandma was jamming on this amp simulator.
In comparing tone to twin silver face or a Bassman it’s close and i come from generation of all tube no analog.
And in no way am i trying to come across as authority on this amp sim as I’ve played some of these amps in person.
Yet or the pedal selection they offer example old style tape echo or the Marshall amps yet the one series i enjoy and tweak with tone volume pots is what they call Dumble tone.
Never played through actual original only a Dumble clone and truly I’ll say it’s not specifically amp it is the guitarist that creates his or her own tone Robben Ford or even Bonamassa.
This morning I’m well was using a single cut with some P-90 humbuckers then a knock off chinese tele with some 50’s wiring and old style pickups friend mine winds and it is just tonal bliss.
Life is good this morning for Dunc the golden retriever. No ladies dad it's just us guys.
My golden boy is snuggling into me on the couch moans groans of contentment.
Ms. Corgi went home her mom has moved in to her new home she is seventy and this home is one floor i used to work with her husband in union.
And this lady who is fifty two i am well Dunc and i are possibly dating has left to be with her children. Seriously when you get a golden retriever automatically you have a ride or die soulmate for life Duncs like why father are you even trying to date we don’t need to be in relationship we have each other.
I mentioned about this fine woman and my golden fat head the seating arrangements in Jetta Duncs should not be exiled to rear seating. Why Dunc has told 20 his brother ,father and the lady had you sit in back seat when you were a human pup father has always let me ride upfront.
She has mentioned this fine woman i do have show a red flag as in 90 pound golden child that it seems we’re attached by forces unknown to humans so she’s concerned about possible relationship.
Example other day at her home i went to use her bathroom and Golden boy panicked because we were separated for that moment she mentioned is there an invisible umbilical cord with you both.
I told her yes that the umbilical cord stretches weekly 2779 miles one way on team run to Cali that will change i need go back yard jockey or turn local for my furry special needs boy. I tell her this boy is last furry connection i have with my wife and she understands truly she does.
As i mentioned she lost her husband to his demons of multiple deployments war on terror my heart as former infantry trooper bleeds for her husband over his suicide and for her loss. Dude was high speed 75th regiment and the S.F. Teams me i was not high speed just kid who was lucky never to experience war.
Although i jokingly told her i was distraught when i was taken off jump status over my twice broken ankle on drops. I’m like 19 young airborne infantry fuuuck i gotta go West Germany leg land mech infantry the disgrace.
Yet then I told her i loved it being in mech rifle company West Germany was like the movie animal house only we had crew served weapons and M-16 riding around in shitty 113 A.P.C. Hoping the Warsaw pact don’t move west cuz that definitely screw up the drunken weekends we partook in stay focused men we have to soldier Sarcasm.
And other day in car Dunc and my song came on S.R.V. I ain’t gonna give up on love. Now if you can imagine 90 pound golden retriever front paws on arm rest between front seats his big ass legs on backseat leaning into me giving her side eye as we cruise.
I’m rubbing him as i drive his muzzle into my face singing i ain’t gonna give up on Dunc and Duncs not gonna give up on me.
I told her you see my red flag well you have several lady one is you do not even know how to cruise in car you gotta smell the smells windows cracked. Or like in the Holy grail Monty python just like Ms.Corgi bunny bum Dunc and i wonder if you both are witches.
Why we don’t know if we should find a duck and a scale and weigh you both in comparison to said duck and if we find that you are witches then we may just build a bridge out of you both.
We’re trying to figure this out life as widow and widower yet in how i operate towards this dear woman is compassion kindness and understanding i told her i am not sure yet if we do not end up a lovers then will be close friends for life.
My golden retriever has paws of clay were on all day date with this nice lady.
Day started out ruff for golden retriever boy as I picked this fine woman up we hit gym furry boy was like W.T.B. translation what the biscuits dad left me at home.
We both then took Dunc to park then to breakfast.
Thing is this woman doesn’t understand Duncs ride in front seat yep he’s a fat head.
Total grumpy drama in car from Dunc oh father why am i doing rear seating it’s my Rosa Parks moment.
The golden shit head turned to look out back window to show he was pissed as we drove to park.
And if he could actually speak I imagine he’d sound like Sylvester the cat son from looney tunes.
Dad why am i in back seat i have seniority ,so now she’s on couch rubbing Dunc belly all is forgiven yet earlier she had pie and dunc totally tossed out his attitude/ negotiations on car seating over giving her no personal space as she consumed her pie.
